Welcome to ADULTO&JOVEN (hereinafter referred to as "the Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our Site, purchasing our products, or booking our courses, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Intellectual Property & Original Designs

All content on this Site, including but not limited to brand names, product designs, photographs, logos, text, course materials, and graphics, is the exclusive property of ADULTO&JOVEN and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, modification, or distribution of our original designs and site content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

2. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Our products (including the Adulto and Joven series) are handcrafted or contain natural materials. Consequently, slight handcrafted variations, texture nuances, or natural oxidation of silver may occur. These characteristics are part of the unique charm of artisanal craftsmanship, do not constitute product defects, and shall not be grounds for returns or exchanges.

3. Jewelry Course & Workshop Terms

Booking & Payment: All workshop slots are only officially confirmed upon full payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Only one complimentary rescheduling is permitted per booking.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop or failure to attend (No-show) will result in a forfeiture of the fee, and no refund will be issued.
Studio Safety Disclaimer:
- Metalsmithing involves the use of tools for annealing (high heat), hammering, and polishing. Participants must strictly follow the instructor's safety guidelines.
- ADULTO&JOVEN shall not be held legally or financially liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from a participant's negligence or improper tool usage.

4. Pricing & Errors

All product and course prices are listed on the Site, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
In the event that a product or course is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and paid for (a full refund will be processed).
