Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for supporting our original designs. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please carefully read our return and exchange policy below before making a purchase:
1. Standard Returns & Exchanges (Excluding Custom & Specific Items)

We accept exchanges for sizes or styles within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery tracking record).

Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with original tags attached, and in their complete original packaging (including gift boxes, polishing cloths, and pouches).

Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping fees for non-quality-related exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items (Please Note) Due to hygiene reasons and the bespoke nature of our products, the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

Customized / Bespoke Items: Any pieces from the 【Adulto】 series or other collections that have been personalized, custom-engraved, resized, or custom-made at the customer's request.

Earrings: Due to standard health and hygiene regulations, all earrings (for pierced ears) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, clearance, or using specific promotional discount codes.
3. Defective or Damaged Items (Quality Issues)

Every piece of our jewelry undergoes strict hand-crafted quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken solder points, severe structural damage, or incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the defect. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Note: Minor handcrafted imperfections or natural oxidation of silver are characteristics of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (actual processing time may vary depending on your card issuer).
